Driver.Course.ADR Hazardous Goods 

The required evidence will be a:

• City and Guild, NVQ, certificate or competency card showing qualified in ADR Hazardous Goods

Course completion date must be visible
Applicant’s name should be displayed on the evidence and should match the applicant’s name that is registered in Pegasus (However shortened versions of names such as 'Chris' for 'Christopher' is accepted).
Copy must be clear and legible
Can be in colour copy OR black and white copy

• Issue Date = Date of course completion

• Expiry Date = 5 Years from the issue date

Driver.Course.Driver CPC / DQC 

The required evidence will be a:

• Certificate or Competency card showing Certificate of Professional Competence driver training or Driver Qualification Card

Course completion date must be visible
Applicant’s name should be displayed on the evidence and should match the applicant’s name that is registered in Pegasus (However shortened versions of names such as 'Chris' for 'Christopher' is accepted).
Copy must be clear and legible
Can be in colour copy OR black and white copy

• Issue Date = Date of course completion

• Expiry Date = As displayed on the evidence (if shown)

Driver.Course.Managing Drivers Hours Regulations 

The required evidence will be a:

• Certificate or Competency card showing course completion of Managing Drivers Hours Regulations or Understanding & Manage driver hours according to regulations

Applicant’s name should be displayed on the evidence and should match the applicant’s name that is registered in Pegasus (However shortened versions of names such as 'Chris' for 'Christopher' is accepted).

Driver.Licence.Cat C 

The required evidence will be a:

• Certificate or Licence showing Cat C - ability to driver vehicles over 3,500KG

Course completion date must be visible
Applicant’s name should be displayed on the evidence and should match the applicant’s name that is registered in Pegasus (However shortened versions of names such as 'Chris' for 'Christopher' is accepted).
Copy must be clear and legible

Driver.Licence.Cat C 1

The required evidence will be a:

• Certificate or Licence showing Cat 1 - ability to drive an LVG between 3,500kg & 7,500kg

The required evidence will be a:

• Certificate or Licence showing Cat C E - ability to drive Category C Vehicles with a trailer over 750Kg

Driver.Licence.Cat C1 + E

The required evidence will be a:

• Certificate or Licence showing Cat C + E - ability to drive Category C1 Vehicles with a trailer over 750Kg
