    • Screenshot or website print-out confirming course completion / pass result of Construct Safe Tier 1
• Evidence must show ConstructSafe website URL or email from @constructsafe.co.nz
• Evidence must be valid and in date
• Evidence must show ID number
• Applicant’s name should be displayed on the evidence and should match the applicant’s name that is registered in Pegasus (However shortened versions of names such as 'Chris' for 'Christopher' is accepted).
• Copy must be clear and legible
• Can be in colour copy OR black and white copy
