Lendlease Plant Inspection Checklist	Plant details to be displayed on evidence (Type, Make and Model) Correct Plant Inspection Checklist form must used. The Part A Documentation Checklist section of the form must be completed. All mandatory (Y/N) requirements boxes must be completed in Part A Documentation Checklist. Contractor/Supplier Signature boxes must be completed, signed and dated. Primary Contractors will now need to review all plant documentation from their subcontractors prior to them loading the documentation onto Pegasus. Plant will not be approved without an initial review from the Primary Contractor (i.e. BMD, Barpa, Sunbuild, Nilsens & McMahons any contractor who has won an element of works)

Primary contractors are to evidence this by signing the bottom of the Plant Inspection Checklist in the blank space with name, role, signature and date.
