RMS NSW - Traffic Controller Card NOTE: From 1 July 2020, Traffic Control cards will no longer be issued by Transport for NSW (formerly RMS). They will be issued by SafeWork NSW.  RMS issued cards are still valid / can be accepted until the card expiry but following on from that contractor will supply SafeWork issued card. 
 
For an RMS Card: 
  • Applicants name displayed on card must match applicants registered name 
  • Must be issued by NSW Roads & Maritime Services (RMS) 
  • Card must state ‘Traffic Controller’ 
  • Black and white or coloured copy of evidence can be accepted 
  • Must be clear and legible 
  • Issue date to recorded as issue date listed on card 
  • Expiry date to be recorded as expiry date listed on card 

RMS NSW - Implement Traffic Control Plan Card NOTE: From 1 July 2020, Traffic Control cards will no longer be issued by Transport for NSW (formerly RMS).
