- Correct Plant Inspection Checklist form must used.
- All relevant sections of the form must be completed.
- All mandatory requirements boxes must be ticked ticked off.
- If not completed comments section must detail why completion could not be achieved.
- Contractor/Supplier Signature boxes must be completed, signed and dated.
- Acceptance by Lendlease site personnel via Pegasus App indicates acceptance of Plant Inspection Form.
