• The DNSP ESI Authorisation Declaration is to be completed (see example document)
• Applicants name to to match the Onsite worker being approved for authorisation
• Must have Substation Entry ticked
• Declaration must have the Verifier’s Details completed

• NOTE: Pegasus employees will not verify this file - This file should be verified by Transgrid representative[s] in the system - Pegasus Administrators to click here for further details on additional process 

• Issue Date = Date completed by verifier
• Expiry Date = 12 Months from date completed by verifier

• Declaration must have the Verifier’s Details completed
• Accepted also is a spreadsheet from Essential Energy - This will show Essential Energy as the Organisation, Given Name, Surname, Completion date and course details
