Driver.Govt Licence/Authority.Proof of Identity | - Name on photo ID evidence must match the applicants name in the system
- If a date of birth is shown on the uploaded form of evidence, it must match the applicants DOB in the system.
NOTE: If the applicants name has been entered as a shortened name EG 'Ben' for 'Benjamin' OR there is a typo in either the applicants name or date of birth in the system entry for this application, Pegasus staff will update the name and / or DOB in the system to match what is displayed on the photo ID evidence - Copy must be clear and legible
- Can be in colour copy OR black and white copy
- Must be photo ID
Examples of accepted evidence types include: - Drivers Licences (only Australian Drivers Licence accepted)
- Passports - Australian or International accepted
- Proof of Identity / Proof of Age / Photo Cards
- High Risk Work Licences
- Student cards
Screenshot of digital drivers’ state issued licence is an accepted form of evidence providing the following information is displayed in the screenshot: - Clear photo of the applicant
- Applicants first and last name
- Date of Birth
- Licence Number
- Expiry date
- Matching licence class must be displayed
| - Only the front side of licences / cards need to be included within the uploaded file – not both sides.
- Ensure Name and Date of Birth (DOB) entered within Onsite matches details displayed on upload form of photo ID
- Expiry Date = As per evidence
