Traffic Management.Competency Card.Traffic Control Card | For an RMS issued card: - The applicants name shown on the card needs to match the applicants registered name in Onsite
- Must be issued by NSW Roads & Maritime Services (RMS)
- Cards from RMS Accepted:
- Containing "Prepare Workzone Traffic Management” OR
- Containing "Traffic Controller” OR
- Containing ‘Implement ‘Implement traffic management plan’plan’
- Either black and white or colour copies of certification is accepted
- Only the front of the card needs to be displayed in uploaded file
For an interim RMS issued certificate: - Interim Certificate can be accepted for this competency in lieu of card (Interim certificate is a Statement of completion)
- The applicants name shown on the card needs to match the applicants registered name in Onsite
- Statement of completion is valid exchange for Card, however only valid for 90 days
- Matching competency title to be listed having been achieved on certificate
- Certificate is to be issued by a Registered Training Organisation (RTO)
- Either black and white or colour copies of certification is accepted
NOTE: If not issued by NSW Roads & Maritime Services (RMS) it will need to be escalated to Site for approval.
| For an RMS issued card: - The Issue date does not need to be recorded in Onsite
- Expiry date to be entered as displayed on card
For an interim RMS issued certificate: - The issue date should be recorded as the date of completion / date of application
- The expiry date must be recorded in Onsite - Expiry date is calculated to be 90 days from the date of completion / date of application
