- Company - the name on Licence to match the Company name registered in the system
- Waste Removal Licence to be listed
- Must be issued by the relevant Government appointed organisation
- logo to be present
- Either Black and White OR Colour copy is accepted
- Only the front of the licence needs to be displayed within uploaded file

- Expiry Date = as shown on Licence
