High Risk Work.Certificate.SARNZ Scaffolding - Full Certificate of Competence

• Applicants name should be displayed on the evidence and should match the applicant name that's registered in Pegasus (However shortened versions of names such as 'Chris' for 'Christopher' is accepted).
• The certificates need to be produced by SARNZ
• The certificate must state that it’s a Scaffolding Certificate and
• Only Full is accepted - This must be shown on evidence

• Issue Date = Date of training completion
• Expiry Date =This competency lasts for a maximum of four year

High Risk Work.Certificate.SARNZ Scaffolding - Restricted Certificate of Competence

• Applicants name should be displayed on the evidence and should match the applicant name that's registered in Pegasus (However shortened versions of names such as 'Chris' for 'Christopher' is accepted).
• The certificates need to be produced by SARNZ
• The certificate must state that it’s a Scaffolding Certificate and
• Only restricted is accepted - This must be shown on evidence

• Issue Date = Date of training completion
• Expiry Date =This competency lasts for a maximum of four year

High Risk Work.Certifcate.Scaffolding Level 3 - General

• Applicants name should be displayed on the evidence and should match the applicant name that's registered in Pegasus (However shortened versions of names such as 'Chris' for 'Christopher' is accepted).
• The uploaded evidence will be a certificate,card  or statement of attainment showing completion of training for 'Scaffolding Level 3' or 'General'
• Colour copy OR black and white copy is acceptable

• Issue Date = Date of training completion
• Expiry Date = As shown on the evidence

High Risk Work.Certifcate.Scaffolding Level 3 – Proprietary Suspended

• Applicants name should be displayed on the evidence and should match the applicant name that's registered in Pegasus (However shortened versions of names such as 'Chris' for 'Christopher' is accepted).
• The uploaded evidence will be a certificate,card  or statement of attainment showing completion of training for 'Scaffolding Level 3 or 'Proprietary Suspended'
• Colour copy OR black and white copy is acceptable

• Issue Date = Date of training completion
• Expiry Date = As shown on the evidence

High Risk Work.Certifcate.Scaffolding Level 4 – Trade

• Applicants name should be displayed on the evidence and should match the applicant name that's registered in Pegasus (However shortened versions of names such as 'Chris' for 'Christopher' is accepted).
• The uploaded evidence will be a certificate,card  or statement of attainment showing completion of either a New Zealand Certificate in Scaffolding (Level 4) (Trade)
• Colour copy OR black and white copy is acceptable

• Issue Date = Date of training completion
• Expiry Date = As shown on the evidence

• Applicants name should be displayed on the evidence and should match the applicant name that's registered in Pegasus (However shortened versions of names such as 'Chris' for 'Christopher' is accepted).
• The uploaded evidence will be a certificate,card  or statement of attainment showing completion of National Certificate in Scaffolding (Level 4) (Intermediate) 
• Colour copy OR black and white copy is acceptable

High Risk Work.Certifcate.Scaffolding Level 5 – Advanced

• Applicants name should be displayed on the evidence and should match the applicant name that's registered in Pegasus (However shortened versions of names such as 'Chris' for 'Christopher' is accepted).
• The uploaded evidence will be a certificate,card  or statement of attainment showing completion of training for 'Scaffolding Level 5' or Advanced'
• Colour copy OR black and white copy is acceptable

• Issue Date = Date of training completion
• Expiry Date = As shown on the evidence

• Applicants name should be displayed on the evidence and should match the applicant name that's registered in Pegasus (However shortened versions of names such as 'Chris' for 'Christopher' is accepted).
• The uploaded evidence will be a certificate,card  or statement of attainment showing completion of training against standards: 23960,23962,23966; either initial or refresher
• Evidence will be issued by NZQA Private Training Establishment
