Contractor applications for training exemptions shall be approved by the relevant Yara Responsible Person.

To be deemed valid the request shall be:

• Documented on Yara’s Training & Competency Exemption Form [TRG-YP-FRM-125-09]
• Participant details to match applicant
• Course Code and Title to match
• Shall be ‘approved’
• Issue date: Use date of issue
• Expire date: As listed on the form
