- If a date of birth is shown on the uploaded form of evidence, it must match the applicants DOB in the system.
- Accepted form of evidence is a safework SafeWork NSW or VIC issued Security Clearance
- WorkSafe licence stating "Permit to have unsupervised access to HCDG" is accepted
- Evidence will show authorisation type of: Security clearance to handle explosives and / or sensitive dangerous substances under a valid NSW explosives licence
- Must be NSW or VIC issued – Other states or international licences are not accepted
- Only require front of licence as mandatory
- Can be in colour copy OR black and white copy
If renewal application 'security clearance' letter is provided with persons name and reference number (UHL), this is valid for 90 days from the date of payment | · Issue Date = Not required · Expiry Date = As displayed on evidence
