Dogger.VOC.Dogging | - Applicants name shown on certificate must match the applicants registered name in Onsite
(However shortened versions of first names such as 'Chris' for 'Christopher' OR ‘Dave’ for ‘John Dave’ are accepted.) - 3rd party Verification of Competency (VOC), issued by a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) can only be accepted
- A Temporary Validation Checklist can be accepted as an interim document
NOTE: VOC Cards issued by H&I Safety and Training in partnership with Atlas Training which list an expiry date only, can be accepted - The competency must be indicated on the Verification of Competency (VOC) and align to the nominated competency within Onsite however slight naming mismatches may be seen such as:
- "Class CO Open Crane" being acceptable for "Operator.VOC.Slewing Crane (C0) - Verification of Competency (VOC)"
- "Class LR (Roller)" being acceptable for "Conduct Roller Operations"
- "Vacuum Excavation (VE)" being acceptable for "Sucker/Vacuum Truck"
- "TH (Telehandler)" being acceptable for ""Conduct telescopic materials handler operations"
- RTO must have the relevant Unit of Competency in their scope
Forms of Evidence that are NOT ACCEPTED:
- High Risk Licences
- Plant Operator Tickets
- Contracting company issued internal VOC (where issuing company is not a Registered Training Organisation)
- Statement of Attainment issued training
| - Date of assessment to be recorded as Issue date within Onsite.
- 2-year expiration date from date of assessment to be calculated as expiry date and recorded within Onsite except in the case of temporary validation checklists / interim evidence which should expire in 30 days
