- If a date of birth is shown on the uploaded form of evidence, it must match the applicants DOB in the system.
- Accepted form of evidence is a SafeWork NSW or VIC issued Security Clearance
- WorkSafe licence stating "Permit to have unsupervised access to HCDG" is accepted
- Evidence will show authorisation type of: Security clearance to handle explosives and / or sensitive dangerous substances under a valid NSW explosives licence
- Must be NSW or VIC issued – Other states or international licences are not accepted
- Only require front of licence as mandatory
- Can be in colour copy OR black and white copy
- LICENCE RENEWAL APPLICATION – Security Clearance Letter from SafeWork NSW on Letter Head Referencing individual Licence number is valid for 6 months.
- Licence application/renewal receipt for individual valid for 6 months.
