OHS Construction Induction Card
  • Name on card to match the applicants registered name in Onsite
  • OHS Construction Induction to be listed
  • Only the front side of this card is required to be uploaded.

  • MACH Energy will accept the temporary white card evidence; whereby the individual receives a letter / statement (similar to a DL renewal or DL replacement) saying the replacement card will be issued within 60 days.

  • To be issued by the relevant / matching state authority:Workcover/ Safework / Worksafe
  • No expiry
  • Black and white or colour copies accepted
  • Issue date: To be recorded in Onsite as shown on the card
  • Expiry date: Normally no expiry however 60 day expiry will occasionally be required to be add (only required when a form of temporary evidence has been uploaded).
