- If there is a date of birth shown on the document this should match the date of birth that's registered for the applicant in Onsite
- Front of licence or 18+ card to be uploaded
- Only colour acceptable
- Must be legible

For the Works Release: - Issue Date = Date of application submission
- Expiry Date = 2 years from the issue date
