  • All of the SOC is to be completed and signed by direct supervisor (, superintendent, Site foreman ) or manager.  
  • Role listed on SOC form must be identical to the chosen role in Onsite
  • Must be in PDF format - Word format not acceptable
  • SOC must have been completed within 3 months of submission
  • Issue Date = Enter into the system from date signed.
  • Expiry Date = None
