Electrical.Licence.Electrical Licence	Applicants name must be displayed on the licence as it is shown in the system Licence must be issued by an Australian State Government Authority Licence will show that it is an Electrical Work Licence Licence must be unrestricted Both sides (front and back) of the licence must be included within the uploaded file Practitioner’s Licences issued by the Department of Justice are accepted. Practitioner’s Licences are not required to quote the type of trade and only the front is required	Issue Date = Only enter this if there is one displayed on the licence Expiry Date = Enter this as it is shown on the licence
