Generic.-.Letter of Competency | - Document outlining a persons competency in the role they will be performing on site .For new personnel to a company a resume may be accepted.including how long they have been with the company and how long they have performed that role in the industry
- Should list equipment, tasks and tools to be used while on site
- Should list nationally accredited training to be used for any high risk work to be done on site (e.g. working at heights, confined space, rigging, dogging etc)
- Must include the following statement: <EMPLOYEE NAME> has been medically assessed and is currently fit to perform the work associated with this role for South32. <COMPANY NAME> will inform the Illawarra Coal representative of any change to <EMPLOYEE NAME’s> fitness to undertake this work.
