- Issued by an RTO / Nationally Recognised Training logoTRG Hot Work at Mines and Petroleum Sites to be listed
- MDG25 Awareness Training can be accepted
- Must be completed through 3D Safety, or approved training provider
- Black and white or colour is acceptable
