Proof of Identification
  • Name on Licence/identifcation document to match the person registered
  • Must be an Australian Government issued document e.g. Drivers Licence, Passport, Proof of age card displaying a photo
  • Temporary / Interim version of licence is acceptable with 2 week validity ONLY
  • Must be current
  • Expiry as per licence/identification document
  • Must be in colour
  • Identification Type and Licence Class must match the competency selected

For Government Issued Proof of ID:

  • Expiration date needs to be recorded for this competency in Onsite as it has been shown on the document

 

For the Receipt of New Drivers Licences

  • Issue Date = Date of application submission
  • Expiry Date = 30 days from issue date
