  • Must be issued from Coal Mines Insurance or an exemption from Coal Mines Insurance.

If the company is exempt from supplying the CMI policy, they must upload the confirmation of exemption letter which is received from Coal Services together with the companies current policy.

  • If document refers to ‘Self Insurance / Insurer’ an exemption letter from Coal Services is still required and must be uploaded with the Self-Insurer documentation. This will then be escalated by Pegasus to site for approval.
