This rule applies to all competencies that identify a unit of competence from the Australian Qualifications Framework (Exclusive of First Aid Statement of Attainment Competencies) | - Evidence uploaded to this competency can be in the form of a certified Statement of Attainment or Transcript.
- There is no expiry date on a Statement of Attainment or Transcript.

- Please note; the certified document that has been issued by the Registered Training Organisation (RTO) must meet the following requirements to be approved:
- RTO Name, Code and Logo
- Name of person
- Awarded AQF qualification by its full title (where a qualification is issued)
- Units of competency code and name, date completed, and results to show completion
- Date certificate issued
- Authorised person name (does not necessarily need a signature)
- Issuing organisation’s seal, corporate identifier, Unique watermark and / or document number
- NRT Logo (For a Statement of Attainment only)
