Sole Trader - the name on the Licence to match the Sole Trader name registered system

Partnership – the name on the Licence to match the Partnership name registered in the system

Company - the name on Licence to match the Company name  registered in the system

WA Licence will always be in an individual’s name.

  • Screenshots from websites not acceptable
  • Must be issued by State Governement body and logo displayed
  • Duration as per licence
  • Black and white or colour is acceptabl
