  • The competency must be indicated on the Verification of Competency (VOC) and align to the nominated competency within Onsite however slight naming mismatches may be seen such as:
    • "Class CO Open Crane" being acceptable for "Operator.VOC.Slewing Crane (C0) - Verification of Competency (VOC)"
    • "Class LR (Roller)" being acceptable for "Conduct Roller Operations"
    • "Vacuum Excavation (VE)" being acceptable for "Sucker/Vacuum Truck"
    • "TH (Telehandler)" being acceptable for ""Conduct telescopic materials handler operations"
  • RTO must have the relevant Unit of Competency in their scope

  • Contracting company issued internal VOC (where issuing company is not a Registered Training Organisation)
  • Statement of Attainment issued training















  • Date of assessment to be recorded as Issue date within Onsite.
  • 2-year expiration date from date of assessment to be calculated as expiry date and recorded within Onsite  except in the case of temporary validation checklists / interim evidence which should expire in 30 days
