• Name on Proof of Age card to match the name registered in the system
• Valid Proof of Age card 
• Must be issued by relevant State Government Authority
• Black and white or coloured copy of the document is accepted

• Issue Date: As listed on card
• Expiry Date: As it is displayed on ID card (only when expiry is shown on card)

• Name on the document to match the registered person
• Copy must be clear and legible
• Can be in colour copy OR black and white copy
• The Proof of Identity must be an Australian State or Federal Issued Proof of Identity
• Must be photo ID

Examples include:

• Drivers Licences (only Australian Drivers Licence accepted)
• Passports - Australian or International accepted
• Proof of Identity cards etc.
