Older Devices

The User Guide Manual should be reviewed for the install instructions for the various printer models available. Each have a specific install process which the guide details.
Your IT Support team should review this for the specific requirements necessary.

Please follow the directions in this User Guide Online Course to remove the old Java version and install the new OpenWebStart tool.
This will affect all Client Users printing cards.
