Document must be Issued by a Registered Training Organisation (RTO)
  • Accepted document types:
      • Apprenticeship / Traineeship training contract
  • Black and white or colour is acceptable
  • Issue date is to be recorded

  • Must state Engineering or equivalent

  • Must be clearly scanned and legible
