- - All NEW contractors to site must have the form signed by the Wambo Job Coordinator, Department Manager BEFORE submitting a booking.
- - Re-attending contractors whose inductions have EXPIRED are required to have this form signed by your Wambo Job Coordinator and Department Manager BEFORE submitting a booking.
- - Re-Inductees that are still currently inducted do not need to have the form signed. Pegasus will need to review the persons competency tab to confirm that the Site.Induction.Surface competency is current before proceeding.
