• Applicants name shown on certificate

• must match the applicants registered name in Onsite

• 
  (However shortened versions of first names such as 'Chris' for 'Christopher' OR ‘Dave’ for ‘John Dave’ are accepted.) 
• 3rd party Verification of Competency (VOC), issued by a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) can only be accepted
• A Temporary Validation Checklist can be accepted as an interim document

NOTE: VOC Cards issued by H&I Safety and Training in partnership with Atlas Training which list an expiry date only, can be accepted

• The competency must be indicated on the Verification of Competency (VOC) and align to the nominated competency within Onsite

• however slight naming mismatches may be seen such as:
  
  • "Class CO Open Crane" being acceptable for "Operator.VOC.Slewing Crane (C0) - Verification of Competency (VOC)"
  • "Class LR (Roller)" being acceptable for "Conduct Roller Operations"
  • "Vacuum Excavation (VE)" being acceptable for "Sucker/Vacuum Truck"
  • "TH (Telehandler)" being acceptable for ""Conduct telescopic materials handler operations"
  • "Quick Cut Saw" being acceptable for "Cut Concrete"
• RTO must have the relevant Unit of Competency in their scope

• High Risk Licences

• Plant Operator Tickets

• Contracting company issued internal VOC (where issuing company is not a Registered Training Organisation)

• Statement of Attainment issued training

• Date of assessment to be recorded as Issue date within

• Onsite.

• 2-year expiration date from date of assessment to be calculated as expiry date and recorded within

• Onsite  except in the case of temporary validation checklists / interim evidence which should expire in 30 days

• Applicants name shown on document must match the applicants registered name in Onsite
• Line/Road marking training must be indicated on the document and align to the nominated competency within Onsite
• Internal Verification of Competency can be accepted - not required to be issued by an RTO
• Internal Verification of Competency (VOC) document must include the following:
• Completion or issue date
• Assessor full name, signature, and date
• Competent result
• Employment history / years or experience
• Black and white or colour copies of certification is accepted
• Must be clear and legible

• Date of completion to be recorded as issue date listed on document
• Expiry Date: 2 years from the date of issue on document
