• Evidence will be issued by beforeUdig Certified Locator ONLY
• Course Completion date must be visible
• Where assessor /signature section is shown on the evidence, this must be completed
• Applicant’s name should be displayed on the evidence and should match the applicant’s name that is registered in Pegasus (However shortened versions of names such as 'Chris' for 'Christopher' is accepted).
• Copy must be clear and legible
• Colour copy or black and white copy is acceptable

Where the evidence completion date exceeds 2 years, an additional certificate showing beforeUdig Certified Locator MUST be provided

Issue Date= As shown on certificate

Expiry Date= 3 years from date of issue
