Evidence of TLIC3037, TLIF0078 and TLIF0077 Unit of Competency can only be accepted for SMIC Heavy Haulage Vehicle Operator role if issued prior to the 1st of March 2022. Superseded and equivalent Unit of Competencies are accepted, however must be verified in training.gov.au prior to accepting - RTO Name, National Provider Code / RTO Number & Logo and Nationally Recognised Training (NRT) logo must be displayed on document

- A copy of the Participants Results Record issued by Tafe NSW is required with all sections completed (with the exception of the ‘for office use only’ and SMIC Administration’ sections)
- Results Record must include the following:
- Unit of Competency and must align to the nominated competency within Onsite.
- Competent (C) result
- Assessor full name, signature, and date
- Course/Program date
- RTO Number
- Black and white or colour copies of certification is accepted
- Must be clear and legible
