    Must be the Mount Pleasant Mechanical Appointment Letter – version 1 – Version 3.0

    OR the the Mount Pleasant Qualified Electrical Tradesperson Appointment Letter version 1Version 3.0


    • Name of the worker, position, Company must be completed
    • The appointee section - must print name, signature and date
    • Position listed must match the role selected in the portal (a list of these roles can be found in the Mechanical Skills Matrix - version 8.2)

    Please Note: Statutory signatures are not required for booking the induction
