- Correct Plant Inspection Checklist form must used.
- The Part A Documentation Checklist section of the form must be completed.
- All mandatory (Y/N) requirements boxes must be completed in Part A Documentation Checklist.
- Contractor/Supplier Signature boxes must be completed, signed and dated.

- Correct Plant Inspection Checklist form must be used (eg. Tip Truck Plant Inspection for a Tip Truck)
- All asset information (excluding the Plant Induction / Sticker No) must be completed
- The date on the form must be no older than one week of submitting the asset for approval
- All other sections of the form are not required to be filled out until deployment at site
- The Part A Documentation Checklist section of the form must be completed.
- All mandatory (Y/N) requirements boxes must be completed in Part A Documentation Checklist.
- Contractor/Supplier Signature boxes must be completed, signed and dated.
- Primary Contractors will now need to review all plant documentation from their subcontractors prior to them loading the documentation onto Pegasus. Plant will not be approved without an initial review from the Primary Contractor
