• • Mandatory upload for all subcontractor engagements including non-engineering roles.
  • Applicants name shown on Document must match the applicants registered name in Onsite
  • All self assessment sections must be completed in full by the applicant as per instructions on the HRM-AU-FRM-008_Generic Competency Assessment
  • Competencies and Experience appropriate to the selected role must be evidenced.
  • Manager/SME from engaging company (i.e. the subcontractor company) must sight relevant supporting documentation and sign the document prior to upload
  • Final approval to be signed off by Alstom representative via the portal following upload.

• The applicant's name on the document must match their registered name in the portal.
• Section 1: Must include the applicant, contractor company supervisor, and approver.
• Sections 2 & 3: Must be fully completed, with competencies and experience relevant to the selected role documented.
• A manager/SME from the engaging company must review the supporting documents and sign before submission to Alstom for approval.
• Section 5: Must be initialed by the worker. 

Contractor Note:

• Section 4: Requires three signatures (Contractor company supervisor/Manager/SME, Alstom Manager, and Alstom Training & Competency Manager) before uploading the document to the portal. If Alstom's signature is missing, the Contractor Admin must email the assessment to ANZ.Training@alstomgroup.com for approval.
