The required evidence will be a:

• City and Guild, NVQ, certificate or competency card showing Authorised Gas Tester 9240 & 9242

Course completion date must be visible
Applicant’s name should be displayed on the evidence and should match the applicant’s name that is registered in Pegasus (However shortened versions of names such as 'Chris' for 'Christopher' is accepted).
Copy must be clear and legible
Can be in colour copy OR black and white copy

• Issue Date = Date of course completion

• Expiry Date = 3 years from issue date

Operator.Course.Gas Monitor
