OSHA 10 Hour - Construction	Applicant's name should be displayed on the evidence and should match the name registered in the system (however shortened versions of names such as 'Chris' for 'Christopher' is acceptable). Acceptable evidence can be in the form of: A training certification for the OSHA 10 Hour -Construction Training Copy must be clear and legible Must be current OSHA 30 is considered a higher-level course than OSHA 10; OSHA 30 encompasses all the same topics as OSHA 10 therefore can be accepted in its place	Issue Date = Date of completion Expiry Date = 60 months from the date of completion
