Electrical.Awareness.Electrical Awareness (Unqualified)

Acceptable training documentation should include the following:

  • Subject/Topic of the Training which shows ‘Electrical Awareness’ or similar within the course name

    • NFPA 70E evidence is acceptable

    • Electrical Safety

    • Electrical Safety General Awareness

    • Electrocution Prevention

  • Instructor Name

  • Employee Name

  • Date of training

Training documentation can be in the form of a:

  • Certificate

  • Safety Meeting/Toolbox Talk

  • Refresher Training

  • Issue Date = Date of completion (if shown)

  • Expiry Date = As specified on the evidence. If not specified: Input expiry as 3 years from date of completion

Health & Safety.Permit to Work.Electrical Safety (Qualified)

  • Acceptable evidence can be in the form of:

    • Certificate

    • Refresher Training

    • Trade License

    • On-the-Job Training (OJT) Documentation

    • Proof of Course Completion

  • Evidence must state completion of Electrical Safety

    • NFPA 70E evidence is acceptable

  • Applicant's name should be displayed on the evidence and should match the name registered in the system (however shortened versions of names such as 'Chris' for 'Christopher' is acceptable). Pegasus Administrators to click here for additional information before verifying

  • Colour copy or black and white copy is acceptable 

  • Issue Date = Date of completion (if shown)

  • Expiry Date = As specified on the evidence. If not specified: Input expiry as 3 years from date of completion

Hand Signaller.Certificate.Qualified Signal Person

  • Acceptable evidence can be in the form of:

    • Certificate (or card)

    • Refresher Training

  • Evidence must state completion of 'Signal Person'

  • Applicant's name should be displayed on the evidence and should match the name registered in the system (however shortened versions of names such as 'Chris' for 'Christopher' is acceptable). Pegasus Administrators to click here for additional information before verifying

  • Colour copy or black and white copy is acceptable 

  • Issue Date = Date of completion

  • Expiry Date = As specified on the evidence. If not specified: Input expiry as 2 years from date of completion

Safety.Awareness.Lockout/Tagout Awareness

  • Acceptable evidence can be in the form of:

    • Proof of Course Completion

    • Certificate

    • Refresher Training

    • Safety Meeting/Toolbox Talk

  • Samples of acceptable course titles include:

    • Lockout/Tagout

    • Lockout/Tagout Awareness

    • Lockout Tagout for Authorized Employees

    • Lockout/Tagout Safety in the Workplace

  • Applicant's name should be displayed on the evidence and should match the name registered in the system (however shortened versions of names such as 'Chris' for 'Christopher' is acceptable). Pegasus Administrators to click here for additional information before verifying

  • Colour copy or black and white copy is acceptable 

  • Issue Date = Date of completion

  • Expiry Date = As specified on the evidence. If not specified: Input expiry as 3 years from date of completion

Signals.Certificate.Flagger

  • Acceptable evidence can be in the form of:

    • Certificate

    • Refresher Training

  • Evidence must state completion of Flagger

  • Applicant's name should be displayed on the evidence and should match the name registered in the system (however shortened versions of names such as 'Chris' for 'Christopher' is acceptable). Pegasus Administrators to click here for additional information before verifying

  • Colour copy or black and white copy is acceptable 

  • Issue Date = Date of completion

  • Expiry Date = As specified on the evidence. If not specified: Input expiry as 1 year from date of completion
