• Please refer to Utilities Management Business Rules | Zinfra Jemena | Individual | Plant Operations > "Certificate" section for verifying non-accredited training/instruction competencies.

• Applicant's name to be shown on documentation and must match their name in Onsite (however shortened versions such as 'Chris' for Christopher can be accepted)
• Document must show a course name of either:
  1. "HSE Induction" or
  2. "HSE Induction and Chain or Responsibility Awareness"
• Document must be issued by Zinfra
• Zinfra Jemena document that has been uploaded in lieu of the original training certificate can be accepted. This document will state:

"As part of the Worker Authorisation System (WAS) implementation that took place between May and August 2021, employees were bulk assigned induction competencies in which they were already compliant."

• Issue Date = Date of Completion
• Expiry Date = None

This induction does not expire.
