| Air Opertators Certificate | - Business Name on Certification to match the organisation registered. If it doesn't match, government certified evidence must be provided to link the ABN or business names together. This is ideally a letter or download from ABR showing the linkage.
- Must show AOC number
- All pages of the document should be included within uploaded file
- Will show that it is an Air Operators Certificate
- Must be issued by Australian Government Civil Aviation Safety Authority
- Black & White copy acceptable

| Low Flying Exemption | - Business Name on Certification to match the organisation registered. If it doesn't match, government certified evidence must be provided to link the ABN or business names together. This is ideally a letter or download from ABR showing the linkage.
- Must show instrument number
- All pages of the document should be included within uploaded file
- Must show permission for Low Flying
- Must be issued by Australian Government Civil Aviation Safety Authority
- Black & White copy acceptable
