- Applicants name on document to match applicants name in Onsite (However shortened first names such as 'Chris' for 'Christopher' are accepted)
- Document uploaded to this competency could be a statement of attainment or a card showing completion of a statement of attainment unit of NWP277A
- Work safely with liquefied chlorine gas must be listed
- Must be issued by a registered training organisation (RTO)
