    • Applicants name shown on Document must match the applicants registered name in Onsite
    • All self assessment sections must be completed in full by the applicant as per instructions on the HRM-AU-FRM-008_Generic Competency Assessment
    • Competencies and Experience appropriate to the selected role must be evidenced.
    • Manager/SME from engaging company (i.e. the subcontractor company) must sight relevant supporting documentation and sign the document prior to sending to Alstom for approval

Contractor Note:

Section 4 MUST HAVE 3 signatures added prior to uploading the document [Company supervisor/Manager/SME & Alstom Manager & Alstom Approver]

If the AACMS assessment Section 4 has not been signed by Alstom then Contractor Admin to send through to ANZ.Training@alstomgroup.com stating the below, with the attached completed Form.

Issue Date: Section 4: Alstom Approver Date.

Expiry Date: 

  • Contingent Worker - 6 Months from Issue date
  • Alstom International Employee - 6 Months from Issue date
  • Subcontractor - No expiry needed

  • Applicable for Sydney Light Rail PICOW Protection Officer
  • Applicants name is to be displayed on the document (However shortened versions such as 'Chris' for 'Christopher' would be acceptable first name differences)
  • Acceptable types
    • PICOW
    • Protection Officer
    • SLRPO

Expiry Date: The date of expiration listed on card/licence

(Valid for 12 months from date of issue)
