Certification Requirements

Upload Requirements


Waste Licence

  • If a Sole Trader: the name on Licence should match the person registered
  • If a Partnership: the name on the Licence should match one of the Partners name registered in the system
  • If a Company: the name on the licence should match the companies registered name
  • Waste Transport / Removal / Handling / Treatment to be listed
  • Must be issued by the relevant NSW Government appointed organisation: EPA
  • Must be a New South Wales issued licence – International Licence not accepted

Acceptable type/s of evidence:

  • Licence card (both sides) OR
  • Paper 'licence' or permit OR
  • Screenshot or website print-out from EPA NSW website that shows the company has an 'issued' transport/ removal/ handling / treatment waste licence
  • Issue Date = Start date if displayed or enter as yesterday’s date
  • Expiry Date = as shown on evidence**

**If expiry date is NOT shown on evidence:

  • Licence validity can be checked through https://apps.epa.nsw.gov.au – The 'due date' displayed on this website will be input as the expiry date in our system.
