Competency | Competency Requirements | Upload Requirements | Examples |

International Welding Inspector Certification | - Name on document to match person registered (however shortened versions such as 'Chris' for 'Christopher' are acceptable)
- Document musts demonstrate competency to:
a. (IWI S) Aust. (CSWI), b. UK (CSWIP 3.2) c. SA (SAIW) d. NZ (CBIP) - Evidence will be issued by Welding Qualification and Certification Boards such as WTIA : Welding Technology Institute of Australia or Weld Australia
- Black and white or colour is acceptable
- Scanned document to be clearly legible
| - Issue Date to be entered as date of training completion
- Expiry date as displayed on certificate. If no expiry date then no date to be entered

Inspection Certification | - Name on document to match person registered (however shortened versions such as 'Chris' for 'Christopher' are acceptable)
- Certificate will demonstrate Inspector Accreditation
- Document musts demonstrate competency to NACEINSPL1 (AICIP, API, ASME, NACE, AWS, CSWIP or TWI)
- Black and white or colour is acceptable
- Scanned document to be clearly legible
| - Issue Date to be entered as date of training completion
- Expiry date as displayed on certificate. If no expiry date then 3 years from issue date.

Weighbridge Operators | - Name on certificate to match person registered (however shortened versions such as 'Chris' for 'Christopher' are acceptable)
- Certificate must indicate completion of Weighbridge Operator
- Must be Issued by an RTO with Nationally Recognised Training logo
- Black and white or colour is acceptable
- Scanned document to be clearly legible

- No expiry
