Carpenter.Certificate III.

  • Name on document to match the person registered (however shortened versions such as 'Chris' for 'Christopher' are acceptable)
  • Must be issued by an RTO with Nationally Recognised Training logo
  • Actual copy of document is required.
  • Course title and associated level to be listed on document
  • Accepted examples of course titles to be displayed:
    • Carpentry and Joinery
    • Carpentry
    • Carpentry and/or Formsetting
  • Accepted document types include
    • Completion of Trade
    • Completion of Apprenticeship
    • Certificate of Proficiency

Inspector.Certificate.NACEINSPL1 - Inspection Certification

  • Document musts demonstrate competency to NACEINSPL1 (AICIP, API, ASME, NACE, AWS, CSWIP or TWI)

  • Scanned document to be clearly legible

  • Only the front of the licence is required providing it meets all other verification points
  • Must be issued by Western Australian Government appointed organisation and the organisation logo must be present
  • Must display ‘Plumbing Contractors Licence or Plumbing Tradesperson Licence”
  • Licence number and expiry date must be displayed
  • Scanned document to be clearly legible
