Drivers Licence Class C - Car | - Name on Licence to match the person registered
- Class ‘C’ - Car to be listed
- Duration as per licence
- Black and white or colour is acceptable
- Must be RTA/ RMS licence
NOTE: Interim or temporary licences can also be accepted for the period of time that is specified on this paperwork until the physical card arrives | - Issue Date = as per licence (if not displayed, enter yesterday's date)
- Expiry date: As listed on the licence
