• Name on certificate to match the person registered
• All 6 of the following units must be listed:
  RIICOM201A: Communicate in the Workplace
  RIIGOV201A: Comply with site work processes/procedures
  RIIOHS201A: Work safely and follow OHS policies and procedures
  RIIRIS201A: Conduct local risk control
  RIIERR205A: Apply initial response First Aid
  RIIERR302A: Respond to local emergencies and incidents

Letter of end of each RII may differ from ‘A’ – this is accepted (e.g: RIICOM201B)

• Must be a statement of attainment*
• Does it have to be by a certain training provider?
• Duration = 5 years*
• Is black and white or colour acceptable?
• Does a particular logo etc. need to be present?

*Statement of Completions are acceptable for 3 months from the date of issue (3 month expiry from issue to be recorded) 

• Can be either the Statement of Attainment Certificate or the STD 11 Card

• Issue date: As per the issue date identified on the certificate/card
• Expiry Date: 5 years from the issue date
• Must be clearly scanned and legible, and the card must be scanned front and back

• Can be either the Statement of Attainment Certificate or the STD 11 Card
• Must be current

• Issue date: As per the issue date identified on the certificate/card
• Expiry Date: 6 months from the issue date
• Must be clearly scanned and legible, and the card must be scanned front and back
