• Business Name needs to match. If it doesn't match, government certified evidence   must be provided to link the business names together. This is ideally a letter or download from ABR showing the linkage

• We can accept ‘PTY LTD’ or ‘(Pty) Ltd’  in lieu of ‘Proprietary Limited’ when this is the only difference in the company name between what’s shown on company compliance paperwork verse what’s shown in onsite.

• Must be the BHP Mt Arthur Coal Approval Form (please refer to the example document). This will be issued to you from BHP Mt Arthur Coal and you must save the email as a PDF and upload as authorisation to register in this pre-qualification process. There are 3 Business types:

• The letter should be signed by a senior manager of the business stating their name and position
• Dated with in the past 12 months
• One pdf document per approval

• Document must be on their Company Letterhead with the correct ABN number
• Company to use content as outlined in the template. No change to wording
• The letter should be signed by a senior manager of the business stating their name and position
• Dated with in the past 12 months

Mt Arthur Coals SMS with approved Exceptions

• Document must be on their Company Letterhead with the correct ABN number
