    • Australian Recognised Trade Certificate
    • Practitioner’s Licence (issued by Department of Justice)

Note: Practitioner’s Licences are not required to quote the type of trade

• Must be an Australian issued qualification - international qualifications are not accepted.

• Black and white or colour acceptable

• Must be clearly scanned and legible

• Issue Date = Date of completion
• Expiry Date = as shown on the Practitioners licence. No expiry date required for other document types
