Rail.-.Industry Worker Card

  • Name on Card to match the person registered

  • Acceptable card types: 

  • Pegasus RSW 

  • SSR

  • Aurizon employee card in lieu of RIW card evidence
  • Pacific National employee cards are accepted for Pacific National Employees ONLY
  • G & W Employee ID Card
  • Pegasus RIW card with the RSW sticker over it
  • RIW (MTA) card 


  • Must be in colour
  • Applicable card logo to be present
  • Issue date = Not required
  • Expiry date = as listed on card
  • If no expiry is listed on the card the expiry will need to be entered as

     10 years from the issue date
